There are various ways to get our books depending on your location.

INDIVIDUALS:
Individual orders can be placed through our on-line bookstore or through your local bookseller.

BOOKSELLERS:

Orders can be placed through our on-line bookstore or by purchase order. STOP orders are welcome.
A number of our books can be ordered through R.R. Bowker, Baker and Taylor, Alibris, BookSurge.com (in the USA) BookSurgeDirect.com. (in Europe), among other outlets.

TRADE DISCOUNT SCHEDULE: The following information applies to all orders from retailers purchasing books for resale: 1-100 copies, 40%. Additional discount may apply for larger orders. Titles may be aggregated. Terms available to qualified wholesalers. STOP orders welcome.

CREDIT AND TERMS: All book dealers with established accounts will be billed at net 30 days. New accounts are asked to make remittance with first order and to supply one bank and three trade references to establish an account for future orders. You may also use Visa or MasterCard when placing orders. Canadian orders subject to provincial tax. Note: All prices are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS: Books may be returned for credit without permission if the following are observed: 1) the returned books must be in saleable condition and have been purchased directly from the publisher; 2) the invoice number against which the books were purchased must accompany the return; 3) returns will not be accepted before 6 months nor after 1 year from date of original purchase; 4) upon examination of your returns we will send you our credit memo; returns are subject to credit only; 5) we do not allow credit for postage on returns.

CLAIMS: Claims are accepted only within 21 days of the receipt of your order. Please notify us in writing.
